Lull Telehandlers
Lull telehandlers have been in production since 1959. They specialize in load placement. For more precise placement capabilities, their patented Stabil-Trak stability system provides much more precise placement capabilities. Lull telehandlers provide various optional attachments and these telehandlers can really help you accomplish all your requirements, whilst being efficient and safe at the worksite. If precision and accuracy are really vital, leave it to a Lull telehandler to accomplish everything you require.
The Future
Numerous attachments have been engineered and developed to be able to make rough terrain forklifts as efficient as possible. Winches, booms and rotating fork carriages allow the forklift to position materials in a more accurate manner. The booms or articulating booms are available in 2 different extendible arms and can reach up and over structures in order to position loads in the upper or center floors or on interior roof slope settings. New products and attachments are being designed and made all the time and will debut in the future.
With extra safety features becoming more prevalent, several improvements have been made. For instance, load-reach management devices could automatically restrict the forklift's reach, based on the load being handled rather than depending on the operator. Pressure sensors are utilized in order to determine the load weight. This information is sent to a small electronic memory device which had all the load-reach limitations pre-programmed into it.
When the load is being placed into position, the memory will compare the extension of the boom and the boom's angle with the safety limits. There is a warning system or an important lock-up device which prevents the operator from over-reaching and potentially causing the forklift to tip over or the boom to fail.
